Free Veggies

I went shopping to start my Nutrisystem diet tomorrow. Shopping for it is easy because most of the food is already provided. You just add fruits, veggies, fat (like 8 almonds), and some dairy. It all totals about 1500 calories a day. But the veggies are a bitch!
You see, there are "free" veggies. These are vegetables that you can eat as much of as you want. Like bell peppers or celery or lettuce. It turns out that most of the veggies I prefer are free. And most of the ones that aren't I don't care for. So I guess, in order to get my required servings of veggies, I need to chow down on baby carrots.
Okay, it isn't THAT many baby carrots. And I can make a salad with bell peppers and mushrooms and count it as ONE serving, I just don't have to measure the serving. That is really nice. If you are feeling more hungry, just add some more free veggies!
Also, my fat-free yogurt I like for breakfast counts as a dairy (minus 2g protein). So really, I'm just adding some food to some of my meals and paying more attention to the rest of it.
I am excited to start this diet tomorrow.
I'm tired of being heavy.
And I would like to actually put on a bathing suit in a place where people know me and not look awful. Is that too much to ask?
Why is it so hard for some of us to loose weight?!
