Right, so I may have stopped posting all together. How wonderfully typical. I'm just practicing my middle-aged woman diet patterns: make a plan, realize it is hard, get discouraged and/or life gets in the way, get off plan two days later. In my case, life really did just get in the way.
But I am back in full force. I have a support system in my hetero-life-partner and roommate, Amanda. We are doing workout DVDs in our living room starting with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It is awesome! We are jumpstarting ourselves with intense workouts so that come the cooler season we can start jogging again...
...oh, I moved to New Mexico. So I went from weather too cold and crappy to weather way too hot to jog in. But we are finding ways to be prepared for the ideal jogging time so that we don't laze around a become über-fatties. Wish us luck!
One day of Jillian yelling at us through the tele and we already feel better and hotter!

It's amazing how working out makes you feel so damn good. . .about yourself and just generally! I'm excited to see how we are feeling after 29 more days!
